The Donger was created by Lost River Seeds as part of their Golden Goat series. The team at Lost River Seeds used the clone only Golden Goat female and crossed it with an Afghan Male which was then bred out to the F4 generation. The male selected from the F4 line passed on the structure, flavor, and aroma of the Golden Goat with no Afghan traits. The Donger was created by using a female Sweet Tooth and pollinating it with the Golden Goat male. The Donger produces small flowers that are very colorful with a spicy aroma. Yields are low with this cross.
