Cantava: fast flowering and abundant resin
Cantava is the meeting between the US and the Old Continent, the combination of two elite genetics, an old school one and another one recently developed in California. The result in a new line with an original character.
On one side an old school line, an afghan Heirloom clone selected in Europe in the 90's. It is a very fast flowering variety (about 40-45 days), very resistant to pests and offering generous harvests.
On the other side the clone Sangria #707 (Forbidden Fruit x Magnum Opus F11), which contributes an incredible organoleptic profile to the Afghan line.
The result is Cantava, an Indica dominant variety. It is a plant with a compact structure that produces large and fleshy flowers. Aficionado French Connection recommends controlling the humidity level in the final flowering stage in order to prevent mildew from appearing on its large compact buds.
Cantava has an 8 weeks flowering cycle cultivated indoors. It produces a fast and generous harvest with a yield of up to 650g per m2.
In outdoor cultivation it benefits from dry climates, being ready to harvest at the end of September before the autumn rains.
Aficionado French Connection Cantava strain: Special for resin extrations
Cantava produces large and fleshy flowers that can exhibit some colourful notes. Flowers with a large amount of trichomes very rich in terpenes. This plant emanates considerable odour in the growing room, so the use of a carbon filter or other anti-odour systems is recommended during the cultivation and curing stages.
It produces a delicious aroma, with fruity lemon and red fruit notes on an earthy and woody background with lavender touches.
Cantava produces a relaxed, positive and calm effect.
