Her parents are fighting for their right to give this medicine to their daughter in the State of Virginia. It is Imperative that High CBD low THC strains are made Legally available in every state. We are doing everything we can to bring assist in this process. Unfortunately It is seemingly impossible to completely lock this kind of genetic mutation down. There will be High CBD Phenos but not every Pheno will be CBD rich.
