Gorilla Glue #4 got its name from the high resin content that makes the finished flowers sticky to the touch. It was created accidently by breeder Josey Whales when some of his Chem Sis plants hermied and pollinated his Sour Dubb. A friend of his kept some of the seeds and some years later, Gorilla Glue #4 went on to claim first place at the 2014 High Times Cannabis Cup in Los Angeles.

The smell is pungent with notes of lemon, pine, and earth. The flavor is sweet with a hint of diesel on the aftertaste.

Gorilla Glue #4 responds well to training and is well-suited for a Sea-of-Green setting. The yield is moderate and the plant itself tends to prefer lower amounts of fertilizer.
